Camp Aspen/Snowmass. Camp Aspen/Snowmass provides a fun, dynamic environment with daily and weekly programs available for ages 3 through teens. It's located slopeside to Snowmass Mountain at the end of the Snowmass Mall (below the Cirque Bar & Grill). Free camp transportation from Aspen is available from the Yellow Brick Building located one block south of Paepke Park in downtown Aspen.
Glenwood Hot Springs. At the Hot Springs Pool in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, you can soak in the therapy pool, swim laps or cool off in the deep end. There’s a family vacation activity for everyone- swimming, diving pool, waterslides and kiddie pool. The swimming fun is over three blocks long.

Biking enthusiasts enjoy hundreds of miles of scenic trails in and around Aspen. The 2.3 million acre White River National Forest offers an extensive trail system, with a popular 15-mile hike that winds past the Maroon Bells to Crested Butte. Hikers on longer treks make good use of the 12 huts on the 10th Mountain Trail Association's trail system, and the six huts on the Alfred A. Braun and Friends Hut System. Both road and mountain bikers enjoy the 13 mile bike path that connects Aspen to Snowmass, and another path that follows the Roaring Fork River. Local bike shops and mountain outfitters are a great source for inside tips on the best trails in Aspen, which can vary depending on the time of year or the weather.
